9月初的一天晚上，我屙尿
从头到尾，屙出的都是鲜红的血
当时就被吓得半死

因为结石发作一般疼痛难忍
但我当时身体毫无感觉

一夜没睡好，第二天上医院
片子一拍，万幸：输尿管结石
立马住院3天，做了手术取石
手术后，医生又在我输尿管内
植入了一个支架
支架的一端放在结石卡点
另一端放在我的膀胱内
就这么生活了快个把月

这一个月内，
我不能做剧烈运动
也不能长时间散步
医生还说让我尽量控制二弟勃起
这个月当然也没办法做爱
好在，今天终于上医院
把这个支架给扯了下来
感觉浑身轻松

我也是长期久坐打电脑的人
在电脑前工作超过20年
运动得太少
也是结石高发的一个重要因素
所以还是要多运动
